make your spa gift buying easy:
Please visit us at Clean Slate Spa (call ahead for hours) or you may purchase an instant gift certificate online and print it right from your own computer. Simply click the link below to launch the instant gift certificate page (then click on "On-Line Store" in the upper right-hand corner). As an added convenience, gift certificates may also be sent via email to the lucky recipient. NOTE: Please be aware that some SPAM software programs may prevent the delivery of the gift certificate.
To purchase a Clean Slate Spa gift certificate, click "Purchase Gift Certificate" below. This will take you to our on-line store area of our website. Click the "On-line Store" tab and then the "Gift Cards/Credit" tab. At this point, follow the guided prompts to complete your transaction.
Customer acknowledgment:
"This service is offered as a convenience to guests and clients of Clean Slate Spa. For security purposes, gift certificate numbers correspond to a number that has been electronically assigned. Once Clean Slate Spa's system redeems the number printed on a certificate, the certificate and the corresponding number are no longer valid.
All gift certificates are non-refundable. In addition, instant gift certificates can only be used by the person whose name the certificate bears. If a gift certificate is lost, Clean Slate Spa cannot replace it. If it is redeemed by another party, Clean Slate Spa is not responsible for any loss or any other inconvenience you may encounter as a result of that loss or fraudulent use by another party."
