You must have a minimum of 2500 points to redeem. With each level you will receive a voucher which can be used for future service and/or product purchases.


  • Level 1-2500 points=$25.00 Gift Certificate (can be used for any service or product purchase)
  • Level 2-7500 points= Free Freshman Facial Certificate
  • Level 3-12,000 points=$75.00 Gift Certificate (can be used for any service or product service)
  • Level 4-17,500 points=Free S.O.S. Power Facial Certificate
  • Level 5-22,500 points= Free Butterfly Effect Eyelash Extension Application Certificate
  • Level 6-29,500 points=Free Any Two Services Certificate (combine any two services offered at Clean Slate Spa)

Clean Slate Spa Rewards

Launched in March of 2009, the Clean Slate Spa VIP Client Rewards Program was created as a way for me to give back and show my enormous appreciation to the exceptional individuals who have supported and promoted Clean Slate Spa. It is you, my amazing and loyal clientele, that I am so pleased to reward.

Making it Easy To Get Started…

There is no need to enroll in the Clean Slate Spa VIP Client Rewards Program!  All clients will automatically be set up in the free rewards program and all points will be tracked in our in-house database.  However, Clean Slate Spa must have a valid email address and telephone number on file to earn reward points.  You can check your point total any time you visit the spa or you can log into your account at cleanslatespa.com (click on “book appointment” to get to your account).  Click on the “My Info” tab and then click on “My Account”.  If you don’t currently have a personal account with Clean Slate Spa, log in and create a unique username and password to start earning your rewards today!

 

Now the Good Stuff…

Below are some great ways to automatically accumulate Clean Slate Spa Reward Points:

  • 5 points for every dollar you spend on a completed service, gift card or product purchase. (Example $100 spent=you bank 500 points)
  • 1000 points for a referral of a new client to the spa.  Reward points are assigned to your account once the referral client has completed their service. (Please make sure your referral client gives Clean Slate Spa your name to receive the credit.  Clean Slate Spa is not responsible to credit the rewards account if the proper information is not given at the time of check-out)

A Little Housekeeping…

Clean Slate Spa Rewards points are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, cannot be used to purchase gift cards or make on-line purchases, are not transferable to another client nor do they have an expiration date. Once you reach each point level you will receive the appropriate voucher during check-out at the spa or you may continue to bank your points for another level. This voucher can be used for your next visit to Clean Slate Spa. It cannot, however, be used to pay for the products or services the day it was issued.  Rules are subject to change without any notification.
