It’s time to erase those pesky furrows and crow’s feet…

We are pleased to announce that Erin Lehto, R.N., B.S.N. of LaVita Medical Spa of Elm Grove will be coming to Clean Slate Spa in Brookfield for one evening on Tuesday, March 29th, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 pm.  Erin will provide our beautiful clients with an oppportunity to receive Botox™ services at a special new client rate of $11 per unit, as well as providing consultations on her other services, such as laser hair removal and dermal fillers. It’s going to be a fun-filled evening of Botox™ beauty treatments, skin care education, appetizers and drinks, as well as a raffle for Clean Slate Spa Beauty Bucks gift certificates and prizes from LaVita Medispa.

To hold your appointment, LaVita Medical Spa will require a $50.00 deposit.  This amount can be applied to the final payment (we will accept cash,check or credit card) for your services during the evening of the event.
