**Clean Slate Spa requires all new eyelash extension clients to provide a $50.00 booking fee to hold appointments. A Square invoice will be sent to the email on file and must be paid at least 5 days prior to your appointment, or the appointment will be cancelled. You are more than welcome to use the deposit as a partial method of payment upon checkout. The deposit will be forfeited for a no-show or a cancellation with less than a 48 hour notice. No exceptions.

70 Minute Retouch-A lash fill appointment for those clients who already have extensions-$80
40 Minute Retouch-Short on time? Care for your extensions really well? This appointment is for you! (Note: If your last fill was over 3 weeks, please do not book a mini fill. Mini fills are meant for a quick touch up for a special event between regular fills) $45
Eyelash Repair or Removal-A quick appointment to repair or remove your lash extensions-$25

Eyelash Extension Care
- Do not tug or pull on your lashes
- Do not use lash curler
- Do not sleep on your face
- Do NOT use mascara on your top lash extensions
- Do not use saunas and steam rooms
- Do not use cotton balls or rounds to cleanse or remove makeup (cotton fibers will tug on your extensions, as well as the fibers will get caught)
- Do use an oil-free makeup remover
- Do pay special attention to lash line when removing makeup
- Do gently clean lashes with the cleanser provided in your aftercare kit
- Do brush out your extensions with a clean, disposable mascara wand from center to tip
- Do not get your lashes excessively wet the first 24 hours (swimming, long showers, etc)
- Do not attempt to remove the extensions yourself. Please schedule a professional removal appointment
- Do schedule fills every 2-3 weeks
