I am so excited to welcome you back to Clean Slate Spa on Tuesday, May 26th!! Here are a few updates to keep you safe and healthy. I ask that you please be patient, be kind and be understanding to the new policies.
Here’s what you need to know:
Your health is my number one concern: We have made the spa squeaky clean and will continue to do so as we disinfect before, during and after each appointment. Clean Slate Spa is working hard behind the scenes implementing training on new health, safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as securing proper PPE (without taking away from the healthcare field) in anticipation of reopening.
Appointment times will be staggered: To maximize 6 feet social distancing and minimize client contact, I am leaving more time in between clients. In addition, this will allow me to thoroughly disinfect the treatment room after each client. Ultimately, I will not be scheduling as many clients on a daily basis. Keep this in mind as you book ahead.
Please leave your loved ones at home: To keep everyone healthy and safe, I ask that only clients who have appointments enter the spa. Which means, all friends, family and children will no longer be allowed in the waiting area or treatment rooms. If you bring anyone with you to your appointment, they will be now be asked to wait in the car. If that isn’t possible, your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date (no exceptions).
Please don’t arrive too early: I know this may sound like an odd request, but it is to keep you healthy!! I am also trying to avoid clients congregating in the waiting area, as well as reducing the time spent in the spa. In addition, I will no longer be taking clients early if you have arrived ahead of your scheduled time. Please remain in your vehicle until your designated time. You may also text me at (262) 784-0828 to ask if I am ready!!
Please wear a mask: There are no clear mandates or requirements from the Wisconsin Department of Licensing and Regulation as to service providers and clients wearing a mask. As a collective, the businesses within Clean Slate Spa have agreed that anyone in the waiting area must have some type of facial covering on during this initial reopening. I ask that you please respect the other clients who may be waiting with you. Once you enter the treatment area, I will leave it up to the discretion of each client to keep the mask on. If you do not feel comfortable coming in just yet, I completely understand and I will be here when you’re ready to schedule an appointment. ⠀
Hand washing: As you enter the treatment room, you will be required to wash your hands before any services can be performed.
COVID-19 Health Liability and Release Form: All clients with appointments at Clean Slate Spa will be required to fill out a release form. This is not only to protect you, but also my business. The form MUST be filled out prior to your appointment. I will send you the form to the email on file 2 days prior to your appointment. If it is not returned by the morning of your appointment, I will remind you by text. If I still do not receive it, your appointment will be cancelled (no exceptions).
